Welcome to The CIRCLE Programme!
A dedicated initiative for educators and parents of children aged 3 to 8 with disabilities.Â
Our goal is simple: to empower you with the tools and insights to effectively support children with additional needs, fostering their well-being and development in school and at home.Â
Enrollement for The CIRCLE Programme 2023/24 has now closed!
I have collaborated with...
I get it.
Navigating the journey of parenting a child with a disability can indeed be overwhelming.
Currently, numerous families facing this situation find themselves on a solitary path, lacking the necessary guidance and support. The extended wait times for assessments and interventions only add to the challenge.
Parents are actively searching for reliable resources in the flood of information online, a process that can leave them feeling swamped as they try to identify what truly suits their needs.
In education, although inclusion policies have made strides, challenges still exist in the practical implementation of support within early years settings and schools. Educators frequently express a lack of specialized knowledge and tools required to effectively aid children with disabilities in their classrooms.
This situation can result in both parents and teachers feeling unprepared.
But what if I told you that having the right knowledge and guidance could enable you to offer your children or students the vital support they require to thrive?
So...
How can you equip yourself with the right knowledge and guidance that will make a difference to your children or students?
Researching can take years!
But what if I said that I have it all laid out for you?
Learn how to build a foundation of support for children with additional needs, at home or in the classroom.

So many educators and parents are drowning in a sea of information that can be difficult to implement.
Implementing each BLOCK of the structure, one after the other, will create an environment for any child to develop and flourish.
But what´s new in this course?
While The Circle Programme undoubtedly covers a lot of information, it focuses more on achieving TRANSFORMATION.
With this programme, you'll learn about the different concepts involved in supporting children with disabilities and how these 6 blocks work together to help you create actionable plans to build a supportive and stimulating environment for children to develop.
Information is the key to driving transformation, allowing you to...
- Track and assess progress.
- Enhance children's engagement.
- Foster children's independence.
- Cultivate a happier school experience for children.
- YOU will feel more confident building a nurturing environment where children can truly thrive.
MY PERSONAL JOURNEY
As a parent of an autistic child and an early intervention specialist for over 20 years, I deeply understand parents' and educators' challenges in supporting children with extra needs. Like many others, we had to learn to navigate so many new challenges on our journey.
Thankfully, at three years of age, my son joined an early intervention class and later transitioned to an autism class at our local primary school. He recently began secondary school in a mainstream class with the help of an SNA, and he passed all his exams! This progress was possible thanks to incredible support from teachers, SNAs, and school leaders.
My husband and I, as parents, recognise that we are fortunate. My professional background empowered us to create a safe, nurturing home for our son's growth. While parenting children with additional needs can be challenging, the proper knowledge and guidance can help establish a supportive environment for our children with disabilities.
Through my extensive work as an early intervention specialist, I've supported families and collaborated with numerous preschools and primary schools, sharing practical advice and programmes. Witnessing parents and educators gain confidence and positively impact children's lives has been immensely fulfilling.
In the CIRCLE Programme, I share the knowledge and strategies that have personally made a difference in my family and professional life.Â
Let's work together to ensure every child receives the essential support they need and deserve.
Having a clear plan in my mind always helped me support my son and my students.
These 6 building BLOCKS will give you clarity and focus on creating effective plans for your children.
I want to share this roadmap with you!
Introducing...
THE CIRCLE PROGRAMME
With two decades of experience supporting families and educators, along with being a parent to an autistic child, I've developed a method and structure that offers you a clear direction to focus on what truly matters for children's growth.
For those just beginning to work with children with disabilities, I'll assist you in laying the foundations for a classroom where your students can thrive. And if you're already a seasoned professional in this field, together, we can refine your classroom interventions, allowing your students to reach their fullest potential.
If you're a parent, I'll share how I've supported my son and countless other children. This way, you too can feel empowered and confident that you're creating the best environment for your child to flourish.

WHO WAS THE CIRCLE PROGRAMME CREATED FOR?
The CIRCLE Programme will teach you how to graduate from STARTING to create a classroom or home environment for children with disabilities, to TRANSFORMING it into a place where children have the desire to engage, learn and thrive.
This programme was Intentionally Created with a Very Specific Educator in Mind...
✔️ This training course is for teachers, classroom assistants and early years educators working with children with additional needs. Parents are also welcome in this programme.

✔️ This programme is for parents & educators looking to provide a caring and stimulating environment so that children with disabilities develop to their full potential.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each month, we'll dive into a distinct module. This involves a live online lecture, typically around one hour and 15 minutes, though this duration may vary. We'll hold a Q&A session two weeks later to address any queries.
Participants are encouraged to put their learning into action with their children at home or in the classroom. The course platform offers a space for interaction, connecting you with fellow participants and course tutors. This community enables timely support whenever you need it. Here, you can discuss module-related matters or seek support on other relevant topics.
The course takes place online, accessible through our dedicated course website. While I recommend attending the live presentations, no worries if your schedule doesn't permit it – all recorded sessions, articles, presentation slides, worksheets, and resources will be readily available on the private course page.

Frequently Asked Questions About The CIRCLE Programme
Have a question you need to be answered before enrolling in The CIRCLE Programme? Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions we get. But if you do not see your question, simply reach out by emailing us at [email protected].
1. I have attended many courses and webinars already. Why should I consider this training?
Most courses focus on giving people information. However, that doesn't guarantee that you will implement those strategies successfully with your students once you finish that training.
The CIRCLE Programme will give you information, but with the difference that there is an actionable plan at the end of each module, so you know step-by-step what to do to put supports in place to meet your child's needs so they can thrive.
The goal of this programme is not for you to get another certificate (Which you will get!), but for you to see your children progress week after week.
2. I am not sure if this training is the right fit for me.
The CIRCLE Programme is designed for special needs assistants, early years educators, parents, and teachers engaged with children aged 3 to 8 with disabilities. The program delves into supporting autistic children, children with Down syndrome, global developmental delay, and other diagnoses that impact overall development.
While some educators working with older children with complex needs have found value in the programme, it's important to emphasise that our primary focus centres on the early years and the initial 2 years of primary school.
It's suitable for educators with no previous experience and knowledge of autism, and it's also ideal for educators with experience and prior training in autism. If you are new to special education, we'll help you building supports for autistic children in the classroom.
3. I Can't Attend the Live Sessions!
No worries at all! When you sign up for The CIRCLE Programme, you'll gain access to our dedicated course platform. If you cannot attend the sessions live, you can watch the modules on-demand at the time that suits you best.
This year, we're thrilled to introduce the Community Group, a fantastic space to interact with our tutors and your peers. Remember that you can ask questions and get the support you need when you need it.
Many students in the past have followed the program on-demand with great success. That's one of the beauties of online courses! You're not rushed to be at a specific place at a particular time. You can engage with the modules at the time that suits you best.
4. My School is Covering the Training Cost. How Can They Make a Payment?
Many employers have previously covered the programme cost for their participants. Please consult your school principal or early years setting manager about this possibility. You can download this information to share with them, providing a comprehensive understanding of The CIRCLE Programme.
Upon completing the modules over the 10 months, you can accumulate 30 C.P.D. hours, and we will issue a certificate of completion after each module.
If your school is purchasing the program on your behalf, feel free to contact us at [email protected], and we can directly invoice the school.
6. The course sounds overwhelming! How many hours of work a week do I have to dedicate?
The CIRCLE Programme is designed to alleviate overwhelm, not compound it!
As a rough guideline, consider dedicating around 3 hours per month to engage with the content of each module.
The core session for each module spans approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Opting to participate live can help you stay on track with the training and extract the most value from the programme.
A subsequent Q&A session takes place monthly to clarify concepts and help participants apply their module insights.
While each module includes actionable steps, remember these apply directly to your daily classroom or home activities. It doesn't require "extra time." Rather, it involves small adjustments in your approach. We've prepared ready-to-use resources, saving you time.
Throughout the week, tutors will be active in the Community Group, addressing queries and sharing additional content. Your level of engagement in this group is entirely your choice – participate as much or as little as suits your needs.
7. Is there an exam or evaluation at the end of The CIRCLE Programme?
Upon completing each module, there's a straightforward quiz you'll need to finish to obtain your certificate of completion. This serves the dual purpose of evaluating your grasp of the module's content and allowing you to gauge your understanding. The quiz is designed to be clear-cut and doesn't need extra preparation if you've already watched the lecture and engaged with the module's materials.
This training doesn't involve assignments, and here's why: I aim for you to focus solely on your children or students. I encourage you to dedicate time to making classroom or home adjustments and applying interventions that can genuinely impact your children's lives.
As tutors, we're keen on focusing our time on guiding you and addressing your queries. Rather than spending time grading exams, we'd much rather work with you to tailor resources, answer your questions, and collaborate on driving progress in the children week after week.
9. I am not good with technology. I am afraid to do a course entirely online.
No need to worry about being tech-savvy! Once you have a laptop or smartphone, accessing and completing The CIRCLE Programme is easy.
Our program is hosted on a dedicated e-learning platform called Kajabi, and you can even use an app on your phone to access it.
We'll keep you informed via email, sending you a link to the live class ahead of each session – just a simple "click and join."
Moreover, the course platform is user-friendly. But that's not all – we've got you covered with dedicated technical support available to all students. Assistance is just a message away if you encounter any technical hurdles during the programme!
10. Our Refund Policy.
You can experience The CIRCLE Programme for a trial period of 30 days, starting from the kick-off on September 14th. If the program doesn't meet your expectations, contact [email protected], and we'll arrange a refund. Please remember that this trial period concludes on October 14th, and no refunds will be offered after that date.
For participants who choose to pay in monthly instalments, the 30-day money-back guarantee remains valid until October 14th. Remember, you can cancel your monthly payments anytime by emailing [email protected]. Upon cancellation, access to the course content will be unavailable.
I offer this flexibility to ensure that all participants of The CIRCLE Programme find value and satisfaction in the training. It's important to me that you're fully engaged in "the circle" only if it aligns with your needs.
11. For how long can I access the modules?
A fresh module will be available on our course platform every month. Once these module videos and resources are made live, they'll remain accessible for you to use anytime.
Participants previously enjoyed access to the program for up to 3 months following its conclusion. However, this year, we have an extraordinary offer due to introducing the Community within the programme. Those who enrol this year will receive an exceptional benefit: lifetime access to the training! Yes, you heard it correctly! Upon completing the course, the training materials become yours indefinitely. You'll retain access to all resources, enabling you to revisit any aspect of the training whenever needed.
