1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You need to take into account the description of the course before you book. If you have any questions about if a course or workshop is suitable for you, email me for any questions before purchasing the course.
If you cannot attend my courses, you can transfer your place to somebody else and notify me of that change before the start of the course.
Payments are due upon receipt. If payment is not received or payment method is declined, the course will be not booked.
3. Certification and Participation
Participants are required to attend the full training in order to receive the certificate for the course. Participants who do not complete the post-course evaluation test will not receive certification.
Any complaints may be sent to email@example.com. Each case will be looked at individually. There is no guarantee of a resolution, but we will act in good faith and try to resolve the issue in an amicable manner.
